‘Shovel-Ready’ Development Project

We have broken ground on our 70-acre water front commercial development in St. Louis, Mo.  The first pad has been sold at over $1,000,000 an acre.  Infrastructure is going in and construction is set to start the first of June.

The project will include a 350-room resort hotel with attached state of the art indoor water park, as well as an exciting riverfront boardwalk with 100 room condo/hotel and multiple retail and food and beverage establishments to complement St. Louis’s only marina located on the historic Mississippi River.  With immediate interstate access and an expected several million visitors yearly passing our front door, Lighthouse Landing is poised to be a “go to” destination in the Midwest.

19% Projected IRR

Our Lighthouse Landing project currently under development will provide investors with annual returns and a forecast 19% IRR for over the 10-year hold period.

Bundled in are multiple incentives which will continue creating cash flows for another 89 years.
